The terms of the warranty, exchange and return of cakes and desserts
The idea is very simple: it is important for us that You are satisfied with our products and the quality of our service. We guarantee that the cake you ordered will delight You and your loved ones, will please the birthday boy! We say it with confidence, our products are 100% made from natural products!
In some cases, the refund is carried out:
- Courier service delivered your gift after the date approved when ordering. This, unfortunately, is rare, but it happens-the human factor on the ground. In this case, we are ready to compensate the shipping cost. If the cake in this situation you do not need-we will refund the full cost of the order. In case of a refund, you will need to send the order back.
- The order was damaged on delivery. In this case, we will refund the cost of the damaged cake or dessert, or alter the order at our own expense.
- You did not get a quality dessert. In this case, we either refund the cost of the damaged cake, or alter the order at our own expense. In case of a refund, you need to take a picture of the cake and send the photo to our mail.
- I just didn't like the order. In this case, you will need to send us the cake back by courier and we will refund the cost of the entire order.
Conditions for return or exchange:
- You need to fill out the form by clicking on the button "Make an exchange or refund" below. All exchange and refund requests are made only through it.
- In case of exchange or return (except for the delay of the courier service), you must attach a photo of a defective or damaged cake to consider the application.
- In the questionnaire, you must specify the correct Bank details of your account. (in case of refund)
- All refunds are made within 2 business days. Errors in the details increase the return period.
- All refunds are made on the details of the person who ordered and paid for the order. Refund on the details of other people is impossible.
